It is good to hear from you. What doses of your nutritional supplements and vitamins are you taking? High doses of the B vitamins can be toxic to the nervous system and could explain your symptoms of dizziness. Have you checked with a Health Care Provider [Doctor, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner] to see if you are taking too large a dose? I'm not familiar with L-carnitine; but you need to get in touch with a health care expert. Just because something is derived from food and sold over the counter doesn't mean it is absolutely safe, especially in large or "Mega" doses. Let us know what you find out. In
the meantime I would refrain from using those nutritional supplements at all until you see a licensed health care provider. Good luck.
