Dear Helmut,
I am not a doctor but just a lady who had Polio when i was young. if you also had Polio in your life, it could be the cause of the weakness and fatigue. you need to see
a doctor, Helmut , as soon as you can. make an appointment with your family doctor and if you dont have one, ask a friend or look in the directory for a doctor of Internal Medicine

i hope you find one soon,

Take Care Helmut...Suzan.
