She motions for all the students to come over and sit down. She looks them over, privately judging how long it would take for them to master their skills and how good they would be. She smiles at all of them.

"Once again, I am Ahm'Shai, and I shall be teachin' ye in the art of barehanded fightin'. 'Tis important in my eye to know hand to hand techniques. If somethin' happens to yer blade, ye can still defend yerself and anyone else who comes along. Ye must be quick, with good reflexes, and flexible to be one of the best at barehanded - it's called shetae among my people, the Kof-kon. Ye will begin by learnin' the most basic things: simple punches, and later a few kicks. I will only teach ye the gymnastics - tumbles, flips, and such - if ye show true talent and passion for hand to hand - in the Kof-kon tribes, only the best warriors may learn those tricks. I know only a few, though I suppose they considered me one of the best."

She eyes the students, then claps her hands.

"Come on, stand up! We begin by stretching - see how flexible ye are. Stand with straight legs, and touch the ground - I wanna see yer palms flat on the ground!"
