Hey - I still am running Nidia's Official site - which will be back up and running VERY SOON! The new site address will be the same as it was when the site first came out - atleast until I can get a domain name for the site. i am usually very critical of her but i thought she was outstanding last nite on smackdown. I assume she speaks spanish, she is becoming very sexy. They need to use her more. Is it me or wouldn't a cruiserweight tlc match for the belt be great. To bad nidia will never get to wrestle for the womens title since she is on smackdown (well at least for now until vince changes his minds and gets rid of brand extension).

Once again I think Nidia is doing a graet job on the Smackdown side.However,I think that it is very unfair that the WWE women's championship is only on the Raw side.I think that Nidia deserves to have an opportunity to compete for the belt!!After all she did get a chance to face Molly Holly which at the time was the WWE women's champ!And where is Maven?I know that he was on the injured list several monthes back but should'nt he be recovered by now?And where are the current tough enough winners?I can't wait to see Nidia beat Jackie down!!That would be the best!!Anyhow,love ya much Nidia!You Rock!!

Maven hasn't recovered yet. If I'm not mistaken, Jim Ross's Ross Report said that he had some bone chips in his ankle or something?? I don't know that for sure, but I think they said he was gonna be rehabbing for at least a couple more weeks, and then going to OVW to workout until he can return in a few more weeks.

I just finally found this site and was happy until I got to the forum. Some people just really need ot grow up, but anyways I just have a suggestion. You can get a better message board from www.ezboard.com and it's way easier to manage. That way you can block out certain assholes who deem it their duty to bash Nidia constantly. First: Bill yourself as the Dirty Diva.
Second: Don't tie yourself down to one guy. Nidia chasing after all the guys in the lockeroom would be hysterical.
Third: Stop shaving your armpits. Wait! Hear me out. Half the guys in the crowd would find it sexy. The other half would act grossed out. Either way, they would all be waiting for the moment you raise your arms in victory. The crowd would go mad every time you won a match. Imagine how wild they would go when you put one of the Barbie Doll Divas in a reverse headlock and smashed her nose into your bushy armpit. It would be your own version of the Stinkface.

Nidia is very cool, and so is Taylor (she finally got time to respond to an e-mail I sent her), and they are both FRIENDS. Taylor doesn't even like WWE programming the way it is right now, and she is having a good time doing women's wrestling in Japan. WWE interview w/ Nidia this passed week (on Byte This!) -- Pebbles, 03:49:41 09/09/02 Mon
We take a break with that appalling video from Smackdown where the “Lo-Rentz,” Jamie Noble and Nidia, move into Jamie’s dead Aunt Edna’s trailer, which has running water and a full-sized bed and everything!
“From here on out,” says Noble, “ ever’thang’s gonna be first class!”
“Yeah,” says Nidia, “let’s you’n’me try out the bed right now!”
(CBS needs to hire these two for that new reality show based on the “Beverly Hillbillies.” Kelly could be “Miss Hathaway.”)
Kelly recounts his trip to Louisville, KY and the debut of the new Davis Arena facility for Ohio Valley Wrestling last week.
Nidia’s on the phone.
We discover that she and Dr. Tom are both alumni from the same Texas high school, (“Go Longhorns!” squeals Nidia.) They reminisce about the old school for a bit.
Nidia recounts her experience at OVW following her win on “Tough Enough,” and how she built on her mere 13 weeks experience with some great training at OVW.
Nidia also waxes enthusiastic about the new Davis Arena facilities, which now has proper dressing rooms, and air conditioning, and indoor lighting…
Kelly says there really ain’t that much difference between back country West Virginia and Texas, is there?
Dr. Tom demands that Kelly take it back or he’s gonna wallop him but good.
Kelly quickly backs off, then talks with Nidia about how tough her training has been, what with the travel schedule, watching the video tapes, going back to OVW on Wednesday and working there, then getting back to Smackdown for the house shows.
Dr. Tom says he’s impressed with how much improvement Nidia has made, in spite of the lack of the opportunities her busy schedule provides for her. He also says that Nidia’s career could go in a number of directions, one being her shot at the WWE Women’s Title.
“It will come when the Creative Team and the bookers feel she’s ready for it,” says Dr. Tom.
In response to a question from Kelly, Nidia says that her Redneck Trailer Trash character was developed over the course of living and working in Louisville; that, and a lot of late night shopping trips to Wal-Mart.
Kelly says that, as far as he knows, none of HIS relatives ever had sex with each other.
Dr. Tom and Nidia both say they will make sure OVW’s Jim Cornette will hear of Kelly’s comment, thank you very much.
Nidia also says that Michael Cole does not have bad breath, and yes, she did have her tongue down his throat!
The Chatroom says that the new Body Donnas should be Kelly and Dr. Tom, with Nidia taking the role of Sunny.
Nidia says that being compared to Sunny is a compliment. Dr. Tom doesn’t think so, but hey, it’s Nidia’s life, so what the hell…
Nidia qualifies her answer by saying that she is always careful to take care of her self, watch her diet, her training, and keeping her beauty and glamour routine up to snuff.
Dr. Tom asks Nidia’s opinion about the latest crop of “Tough Enough” contestants?
Nidia says that she sees a lot of potential in Jackie and Linda.
Dr. Tom asks her opinion of Jake.
Nidia says that, when she met him on “Tough Enough,” he was very quiet, and only spoke something like three words total to her.
“Couldn’t form words into a sentence, hah?” snickers Dr. Tom.
Kelly asks Nidia who her type of man is?
“Jamie Noble,” says Nidia slipping into kayfabe without batting an eye, “he let’s mah eye keep a-roving, and he’s cool about it. The man I like has to be fun, and not be so concerned about his image.”
(Boy, are YOU in the wrong place for that, kiddo!)
Kelly asks if Nidia’s attracted to Sean Stasiak?
“No!”
“Chyna?”
“Nope.”
“Who, then?”
“Dawn Marie! She’s just beautiful,” says Nidia.
(Dr. Tom and the Audio Guy Chris Vallo just fall out of their chairs at this.)
Kelly asks Nidia to give her chances on becoming the “2002 WWE Internet Babe of the Year.”
“I’d be honored,” says Nidia, “but I’m up against some stiff competition what with Trish Stratus, Terri, and the others…how many are there?”
“Sixteen,” says Dr. Tom.
“SIXTEEN? Uhh, yeah, I…”
“Maybe you could “flash” the voters,” says Kelly.
“Yeah, that would work!’ says Nidia with a laugh, “I could do that!”
Nidia leaves the show, as Kelly and Dr. Tom promo the heck out of the “2002 WWE Internet Diva of the Year” competition.

Now, when I say this, don't take it the wrong way, b/c I like Nidia, but I didn't think the match was all that great. I think Torrie needs more practice (no offense to her), or they needed to be in a catfight instead of a wrestling match. I just didn't find the match all that exciting, but I was glad to finally see Nidia wrestling on TV:) I just thought more detail could've been put into the match.

Yea, I was laughing at that!! I though Smackdown was great, especially since my fave The Rock is back, and crazier than ever. Too bad the ratings didn't improve that much. I was hoping they would. And Nidia probably would say something similar to what was said in that other post. None of those guys (and girls) at the WWE should let mean comments get to them, but they ARE people too, just like us and deserve to be treated with respect. Now, if Nidia robbed a bank, I'd expect criticism from people, but she hasn't, so she doesn't deserve it. Put yourself in famous peoples' shoes and realize that they have feelings like you and me and stuff like that bothers them. But, eventually they just shake it off and act like they don't let it bother them-which is a good thing.

I know this is late but I'd like to tell you that Taylor was robbed out of the contract. In my opinion, Taylor was way hotter than Nidia. Nidia is pretty, sometimes hot. But other times she looks really disgusting. Taylor was by far the better wrestler. On TE they made it seem like she had it in the bag, which I think she did. She had more heart and determination, and a good story. Her parents went against it. She did it anyway. Nidia and Taylor were kind of neck and neck going in, but I think Taylor had the edge over here. When they picked Nidia I was shocked. They picked her because 1)She looks different from the other divas 2)They wouldn't have to pay for breats implants 3)She was a stripper so would be more comfortable taking it all off for millions of people. If they picked her for wrestling skills they were dead wrong. If they picked her for better looks they were wrong. Taylor is hot. Way hot. And she's an awesome wrestler. Better than Jackie and Linda and Nidia. Now she's stuck in the indys while they bring in people like Chris and Matt. I miss Taylor and I really hope she gets in the WWE. No offense to Nidia, I'm not here to bash her. But Taylor was the better choice.

Taylor was good but Nidia showed the hear and determination when she got hurt. Nidia has a never say die attitide. Plus she looks like Lita whick IMO is the HOTTEST woman in WWE right now. Taylor will have her chance in the WWE eventualy if they feel she is talented enough and if she is what they are looking for. If not then WWA will pick her up. As usual I see alot of people lashing out at each other on messageboards. I have been around the wrestling business for over 20 years and am a personal friend of legendary wrestler, Ricky The Dragon Steamboat and others. I truly enjoyed watching Nidia on "Tough Enough". I feel that many people have harsh comments on messageboards and don't approach any situation with intelligence and keeping what they say simple and not so rude. I was president of The Ricky Steamboat Fan Forum and President of Sting Fans Without Order International Fan Club. Our messageboards dealt with this same issue. My advice is to monitor what comes in and delete messages that are harsh in language and just nasty. Try to keep the messageboard open but friendly. Fans hate to come to a messageboard where there is so such crap going on. If there is a message that you would not like to have posted then delete it and email the person on why you deleted it. You need to have a messageboard where YOU have to approve the message. Everyone has freedom of speech but as long as it doesn't infringe on YOUR rights.
I wish you so much success in the WWE and I am so glad not to see another big chested blonde. Pace yourself Nidia, respect the sport and its fans and most of all keep your ego in check. Best wishes in all your endeavors and be safe.

Who is much better looking then nidia. now that that is settled, to the other poster, you are right it is the WWE fault, but these people are still not ready an will ultimately see a backlash from the public. I am not sure if you are the one who is her sister, but i do agree with some who say if she wasn't a stripper she wouldnt have won. Personally the WWE is just hiring whomever they think they can give them the most buzz short term. Geezus Pleazus It is not Nidia, Maven, Jackie or Linda's decision when they are put on TV. The WWE makes that decision, so blame them. I have no problem with blaming them, because I am blaming them for a lot of things lately, and I'm not watching the WWE right now. But to blame Nidia, etc. is not rational, nor is it fair. Blame the people that run that company. I am still waiting to see a couple of guys from the old WCW get on TV, and they aren't there yet. They have TOO many people, and not enough programming to fit them all in, and they aren't even giving most of those people a chance. That company is so disfunctional it's unbelievable.

What has happened to Nidia is a persona. All wrestlers have them. It's all part of the wonderful world of pro wrestling. Unfortunatly I didn't get to see Smackdown last week but this week I will watch. My 3 y/o will live without Cartoon Network atleast till Smackdown is over.

I know, I was shocked when I saw Nidia last Thursday, but it's just her character. I'm boycotting wrestling right now b/c Vince makes me mad and he, Shawn Michaels and Kevin Nash treat The Rock like he's a piece of dirt, and he's not around to defend himself even if he wanted to-so it just makes him an easier target. I agree. I think those matches are disgusting, but they do that to get the male fans interested. They need to do something for us female wrestling fans, because men aren't the only ones that watch wrestling. I think those matches are a change from seeing the guys kick@ss. It kinda slows things down abit. My husband sems to enjoy them as much as I do. SO to answer your question yeah I'm lesbian. Married to a great guy but still a lesbian. I do admire beutiful ladies. And those matches are kinda fun to watch.

Hi all,
I just found this place when I typed in wwe nidia... anyways, I've seen Tough Enough a couple times and I have to say that Nidia seems like a nice gal and I'm glad she won. However, I would like to see her in the ring when she is fully prepared.
However, I hate the bra and panty matches and the ilk. I hate seeing the WWE Divas degraded like that and I hope that Nidia doesn't have to do that.
Nidia has the look and charisma to be the woman's champion and I hope she carries the title on her shoudler for a long time.
As to the comment on Nidia getting breast implants... get a life. Real wrestling fans look beyond such stuff and it's only Nidia's biseness. not us.
I can't find the Diva's mag in stores... I don't have the money as I'm a poor college student to order online.

I LOVE all the ladies matches. I find then very entertaining. All the diva's are HOT. Nidia may be doing those type of matches. Who knows if Vince will have her do them or not. I don't think she would mind doing them. And besides I'd love to see her strip down. And if that's what she is told to do then she has to do it.

I agree, Nidia won TE 1 months before TE 2 even started, and she hasn't even wrestled on WWE TV yet. I don't know what is up with that. Maven's wrestled 4 or 5 times on TV. I heard that Nidia hasn't been on yet cause she wasn't as good as they thought just yet so they were making her practice more 1st. but I think thats stupid cause what I saw she was good. Maven has been wrestling alot & he manly does dropkicks. I don't understand why they would do that but remember its just a rumor so don't listen to me.

It is now being reported at 1wrestling.com that Nidia made her debut as the stalker of Shane Helms, and that she did a great job... here's what the said!
One of the WWE angles that has people talking is "Who will be the Hurricane's stalker?" The angle was filmed at TV last night, but not shown to the masses on television. It will be on Thursday. Here is what happens. Hurricane goes to the locker room to find out that the Stalker is Nidia. She confronts Hurricane and than Jamie Knoble came in and beat the snot out of Hurricane. Word going around at Smackdown was that Nidia was great in the spot.

Nidia is awesome, and nobody knows why Jackie wasn't picked for TE 1. It just wasn't her time, and she has proven that NOW is her time. BOTH Nidia and Jackie are very tough, and I will say I am SO glad 2 women won TE 2! I think that is awesome and Jackie and Linda BOTH earned it. Kenny was ticking me off about what he said after they won, about it being two women. Why Taylor Didn't Win -- The Heel, 13:16:41 05/30/02 Thu
Okay, I think Nidia has far better charisma than Taylor but, after watching TE1's whole run *eight* times within a year, I feel I must say this: Nidia & Taylor were both good & basically even in the ring. Nidia's charisma gave her a slight edge. It was Taylor's inability to curtail her drinking (see episode #11) that killed her. The WWF...er...WWE makes a concerted effort to avoid drug & alcohol problems. For the point, we'll pretend Hall & Hennig don't exist. This was the deciding factor.
Oh, and will Nidia EVER post another commentary? It's been nearly 4 months! C'mon, Nid! SELF-PROMOTION!

I'm sorry but the only reasons Nidia won is because she was a stripper, she was eager to get breast implants, and because she was having sex with Vince McMahon. There is no other way to explain it because she wasn't great. I mean, she wasn't horrible but average at best. I am SO glad that the WWF barely uses her. I watched the TE marathon and everyime she cut a promo with Maven, as much as I love Maven, I had to change the channel for fear of vomiting all over myself.
I don't care if her sister sees this, and I don't care if she does. My friends and I met her and she was conceited and rude so I don't care if she gets offended.

The reason she won was because of the fact that she looks like Lita. Nidia is beutiful. She was the HOTTEST woman on the show. Nidia is incredible. She IS the next Lita. And to say that the only reason she won is because she was a dancer is just stupid. So she was a dancer. She has talent and everything else it takes to become a superstar.
Sorry I have a soft spot for Nidia. We have alot of things in common.

Nidia didn't cheat. BOTH Taylor AND Nidia deserved to win. Yea, I've heard the rumors-like that the WWF picked her b/c she is a minority, and they didn't want to seem racist. But I refuse to believe that. I believe Nidia had JUST as MUCH a right to win as Taylor-if not more. Remember when Nidia hurt her leg? She wanted to get back in the ring SO badly, but they wouldn't let her, because she could've gotten hurt worse. She wanted to get in there because she felt Taylor was getting ahead of her-getting more practice. So, before you come on here with these ridiculous posts, you should think about these things. I admit, I was a little surprised that Nidia won at first, but I know she is doing a great job.
