When you said "but I would have loved to have been able to know who the characters were and what they did without having to guess or assume..." what did you mean? That they decided things too quickly?

And the space stations. I honestly don't know what they look like. There are so many different designs that I have seen in the SciFi world that I'm really not sure. I may come up with my own original soon. As for why they were built, maybe that can be a secret. I can honestly say I don't know why they were originally built, although they do play a big part in the story. But then why do some of us here on Earth build things? Because we can.
