Hi everyone,

It's really great to see such active discussion going on here in the forum.

This forum can be moderated, at the moment posts are not approved/declined before they are uploaded. Innapropriate or offensive posts can be removed.

At any stage members can contact me directly regarding "inappropriate" posts on the forum.

Alternatively, the Executive Director has ultimate responsibility for the site and queries can be sent direct to her.

-Perhaps it would be a good idea for me to add a statement outlining this somewhere with a mailto link? Thoughts on this would be appreciated.

In addition to this, I feel, as volunteers sometimes performing more than one role, that it is important that we seek to clarify which views are from ourselves personally and which views are those given in the course of our administrative roles.

One way I have found of attempting to communicate this is by putting my job title in the Name field, however there is also the option of putting an alias.
