I have reffed 4 "meets" now and am concerned with a number of issues relating to refereeing and player behavior

1.do players actually know the rules?
2.professional fouls
3.dissent
4.Bringing the game into disrepute
5.Allowing games to flow while maintaining safetly, spectacle and fairplay

These are my 5 main concerns.

I would like to see a proceedure set up for dealing with cards at at least red level (preferably yellow also)

Would players be encouraged to behave morea appropriately if there were real consequences for them beyond the particular game?

Would referees be more professional in their attitude towards reffing games and giving out cards?

I would be interested to hear the view of national league players and refs and any other interested parties

I think it would be valuable to have some consistency not only across meets but across the national league series: on several of these topics.
