Subject: National League Refereeeing items

I am in the process of constructing a list of competition interpretations.

This is information on how referees will be advised to apply certain rules (eg a standardised set of interpretations) at the upcoming tournaments.

I have had the opportunity to ref at least one game of every team in the North Island National League conference (with one exception: Masterton Marauders)

From this, and in discussion with other refs and players, I have the following items:

*Taking a Restart
*Illegal use of paddle
*substitution
*unsportsmanlike behaviour

Has anyone come across any other rules where there seems to be an inconsistency in the way referees call these up?
