I have done something very crafty with my boat that has probably been done before, to eliminate bow flexing i wedged a polystyrene/foam backbone from behind the seat to the end and then another one in the front, cool idea eh, doesnt weigh squat and totally stops flex, also ive spent a bit of time getting the balance correct so that the boat sits flat in the water, as before the sturn was too deep, also cleaned up rear bumper so it doesnt drag (thanks) all up this has lead to quite a big improvement in the boat, speed, acceleration and it makes me feel more confident in the strength of the hull when i run over/into people
