In late 1968 (Oct) thru early 1969 (Mar) I was at Tong Le Chon Special Forces camp (A-334) in III Corps. During that time elements of the 1st Infantry Division were operating in the aera and one of the brigades had a forward CP in our camp. Also there were a couple of C-130's that crashed or slid of the run way at the camp. I'm looking for anyone who knows the 1st ID units involved, the dates the ubits were there in the area and the C-130 squadron that provided the air re supply. I am also would like to know what field hospital or clearing station and dust off outfit was supporting the operations.
