Akira stood at the shore, wet, but relieved. A great ease came over his heart and Keso looked at him. "Father, what happened?" he asked. Akira watched Elena sleep. Without turning his head, he answered, "Elena hurt her leg. But she's okay now." Keso smiled. "Oh. Okays." Akira walked to where Elena lay. "Come," he said to Keso. The pup hopped after his father. They laid down next to Elena and fell asleep.
