It certainly is, although I've had the same experience with white residents. With Occam's Razor in mind, a more simple explaination: Mebbe you're the only one there who's actually washing them!

OK. So's "stoning". Actually, you could easily document the physical effect a stoning would have on the recipient, unlike faith-healing.

:( I knew I left for a reason. Thanks for the reminder. I hate those places man. I would never advise someone to put their loved one in a nursing home. There's good people in there, you and me perhaps, but not enough to compensate. I've reported many aides in my time, and some of the things they've done is just horrible!

By Biblical, I mean Godly, approved by God. Stoning is IN the Bible, as a part of history, but not advocated. Do you see the difference?

No. There's been sooo many "healers" exposed by guys like James Randi, and there's yet to be a documented case of a successful "healing". If a "healer" hasn't been debunked yet, it's cause Randi hasn't gotten to him yet. Tell me you don't tune in to the "Psychic Hotline"! Well, at least the psychics on tv have a disclaimer stating that it's just for entertainment purposes. If you want the full scoop on faith healers, let me know. Their schemes are well documented. Lemme ask ya: if you could really heal people, wouldn't you hang out at a hospital instead of going on tv in a bad suit smackin' people in the forehead?

And I'm sure they do go to hospitals. Haven't you ever seen clergy in a hospital or nursing home?

I know a person who has the gift of healing, and have been healed by him several times. John, my bf has layed his hands on my head (I get chronic headaches) and I've felt my headache leave my head almost instantaniously. It's not worked every time, but more than not.

I don't associate with miss cleo or any other nut that's offering to give me information I already know.

I'm not a huge believer in televangelists and faith healers to even start this argument anyway Monkey. This is NOT one of my buttons so to speak.

Benny Hinn??? ROTFLMAO! This rip-off shyster has been de-bunked long ago.

Be careful of what you call "documented". And testimonies are fairly worthless. If I believe you when you say you were healed, I'd have to believe my neighbour who says he was abducted by aliens. Did you not receive medical attention when you were in your accident? Of course you did. Did you pull through, against the odds? Obviously. You attribute this to the supernatural? You could if you went to a church instead of a hospital but, fortunately, that ain't the case. BTW, last month a 4 year old boy was killed after coming out of his church and was struck by a car. Need I say more?

if he can prove that he can "heal", there's a big reward waiting for him (it's over a million bucks, now)
