I've found the necessary driver for these Apple/ims Twin Turbo video cards - either 4 or 8 MB version. It's the "9600 Graphics Accelerator" extension, which can be custom-installed from an OS 7.6.1 or 8 CD. I'm using it on a 7300 running OS 8.5.1, and scrolling is now synchronized with movement of the scrolling bar.
