I'm beginning to think that MedinaMan is a Paki.

He tried to act like this gentle, nice guy always willing to understand mistakes made by Pakis.

But only Pakis are capable of hating India as much as his posts show he does...

Some of his idioms/word usage seem very suspicious to me.

Which thread was he talking about India in? I don't remember. Or I didn't notice. Perhaps he's just trying a little too hard to make nice with PNS. He seems legit to me.

Mandy, on the other hand, I wonder about.

And did you catch the quick vote question on PNS? Make sure to vote. The results are scary.

Okay.

He once called India - land of the worthless scum or something like that while calling Pakistan a friendly, modern nation.

Today - he was commenting on a thread by Shamraz Khan.

The quick vote is a joke.

These guys think that their people are all angels and everything bad is a conspiracy by the Jews and the Hindooos.

They are living in denial, I tell ya.

I see what you mean...the one under South Asian Affairs?

It was hard for me to tell where the quote ended and where his comments began, though, so he may not have actually said the most hateful things. Also, I think he was reacting not to India but to what he saw as bigotry.

He has a little bit of a temper. He goes off on rants sometimes then comes back and apologizes. Overall, I think he is pretty reasonable.

I'm guessing what you saw before was either a rant or a pathetic attempt at sarcasm.

Sometimes people get a little carried away with going along with these posts before they start to question the source.

And yes, I've pretty much gotten the picture by now that a cow can't piss in Pakistan without a RAW agent getting the blame.

Good news is that some of the larger companies are actually starting to not only re-hire the layoffs post 9-11 but actually hire additional staff as well. Might have had something to do with the lecture from GW to quit using 9-11 as an excuse to keep cutting more and more staff, corporate America had their collective hands slapped by the Big Guy and that doesn't look good to the public. However, the smaller companies are the ones that are truly hurting. I have a feeling that the small business bankruptcies by the end of 2002 are going to be skyhigh.
