I'm getting ready to go over to the fambly place, so I stopped at the mall to get "happies" to take to the babies.

Can we say MISTAKE boys and girls?

I spent $200 in Gymboree on CLEARANCE items. What toddler needs $200 worth of new clothes at one time?

Those women who run that store are EVIL. Eeeeeeeevvvvvuuuuuullllllll!!!!!!! Did you know that every cute thing in the damn place is made to match about fifty other cute things? Did you know that you can be made to feel as if you do not love your child if you make no purchase by a mere look from a pregnant woman?

Aaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! I must never go there again.

Make me write it on the board at least 200 times someone. Please.

was it all clothes? if so, that's not bad. mom's always like it when they get clothes for da babies. Means you can space out the laundry a few more days.

if any of it makes noise (ie. "Hi Mickey!", "Elmo loves you!" or "I know how to play the drums!") then you and the woman behind the counter are part of an evil conspiracy and you can start writing on the board now. ;)

All clothes with a few matching accessories like headbands and even a very cool pair of shades.

And lest we forget the degree of insanity that overtook me in this store, remember we are talking annual clearance sale at a baby store. We gone be decked out.

My baby da bomb o' da daycare.

Oh, well. That's what crazy aunts are for right? Not that my crazy aunts ever did that, but it would have been a good idea.

It works now. I know I'm not ever going to have my own kids. Medically ill-advised, though not impossible. I have rheumatoid arthritis that I keep in remission by ocasionally attempting to follow medical advice.

On the issue of children, I have no issues with the doc. There are so many children in my life that I'd never even notice the difference anyway.

So, my brother raised me, I raised his daughter. Now I am spoiling the crap out of her daughter. The circle of life.

She da bomb. I have also upgraded the memory card in my new digicam from 4 mg to 64 mg. Think we might get some baby fashion show pics tomorrow?

what resolution you using for your pics, btw? I have a 64mb card in my camera and I use the 1600 res. on it. That's about 35 pics. Bring it down to 1024 x 768 and its about double that... if not a bit more.

thats a lot a pics! did you get the rechargable camera battery? those are almost a must.

as for kids.. my sister says she wont have kids (long story) and contents herself to being the "crazy aunt" there isnt a thing wrong with that. all a matter of what works in a persons life and if they are happy.

Altogether, if you count the children, grandchildren, and steps of my siblings, there are twenty. I did not include spouses of grown nieces and nephews. I have two nieces getting married this summer. The general pattern seems to be that more children follow these events.

There are at least twenty additional children who call me Aunt Sharon because they can't figure out who the hell I am.
They belong to cousins, close friends, and the "outlaws" or the siblings of the in-laws.

There are kids everywhere. People ask me if it bothers me that I don't have children, but god bless I swear I never even noticed that I didn't. It takes a disfunctional village to raise a child. I do my part.
