I geuss i'll just reply point by point.
.) Death and ressurection...probably one of the most important issues. It's hard to say, heh. I think maybe at the lower levels when someone "dies" they just fall unconscious, depending on what "killed" them and respawn when they become conscious or the DM decides them to be conscious. But if you go and fight a dragon, even though there's only 2 on the island, we can pretty much assume that's a death:P
.) Like it says on the site, this is a low-magic campaign, with the exception of the PCs. In the setting area it also says that you need a permit and have to have gone through official government shcools to obtain a permit to use magic. So unless a PC has that permit (i.e. background story) I think we can say they will get arrested if seen by someone who cares or if seen by guards.
.)PvP, hrm. Since this an RP setting, anything can happen, characters can become annoyed with one another, tempers flare, etc. and it'd make it more realistic, like area affect spells. So I'd say full PvP, I doubt anyone would abuse it.
.)Time...maybe 15 minutes to an hour? Certainly longer then the SP time frame (2 min to an hour) but not real time. As for resting, I don't think following the SP example would work too well. I'm not sure why, I just don't feel like it would:P Once per day maybe, like sleeping.
.)I can't think of anything else, except that maybe we need to decide the XP setting. The SP campaign has it 10% of the normal amount, since there's a lot of fighting the characters level faster. I suppose it depends on the amount of fighting and what the DMs reward characters for solving puzzles or quests as to what percent it should be set at.
