Bah, it's so hard to come up with ideas from one sentence. Anyway, this is maybe steriotypcial, but i'm seeing the leader(s) of this house as being on the... fat side. I see it as if they are wealthy they can afford to eat a lot of food ;) This house will probably have many contacts and control much of the buisnesses, one way or another, in Duath. Since they are wealthy merchants I also think that they are not above using spies on rival houses/merchant guilds and putting them out of buisness through subtle means but are above using assassins.
