Subject: Rules and Tech Exchange INFORMATION

There will be two sources of information on the newly posted Proposed rules for Florida Street Stock. The prefered method is for questions and input to be placed here on the forum. That way everyone can follow the evolution and benifit from the information. If you think you need privacy and wish to address any portion of the rules in a confidential manner, you may wish to send an e-mail to fsstek@aol.com Your correspondance will be kept private.
It must be understood that these rules are "PROPOSED" and not cast in stone. The problem of trying to include everyone is more than a formidable task. We are open to suggestions ! If you feel that someone is being UNFAIRLY excluded or DISCRIMINATED against...Please feel free to use this forum to "make your case". This thing won't work without YOUR help. That means YOU ! Meaningful input will get equal consideration.. We assure you !. The tentative date of the first race in what we feel may become a series, is sometime in NOVEMBER 2000. At some time prior to that we will have to finalize the rules to give you ample time for any changes that need to be made.
WE want this to be a "RACERS SERIES". That means we intend to LISTEN to the racers. That may be an attitude that you racers are not used to dealing with ! Most promoters are business men and dictators, not racers. We are racers and have a first hand feeling for what you are doing ! On the other hand some one has to make the final decisions. We want to satisfy all parties, but will have to compromise somewhere in between.

NOW LETS MAKE THIS WORK ! GO FAST TURN LEFT and HAVE FUN !!!
