im sorry but you seem to be down the inmates running the asylum road.A bascially unlimited engine in a street stock i just dont see it.i would love to take my car the way it sits maybe a few minor changes or a few things here and there a race it.Not take my open chambered head 420 lift cam engine and race against big time horsepower.i can and will if i decide to do it take my limited late model engine and put in the car it would legal if horsepower is gonna pick the winner but how many street stock guys out there can do that.i think you will lose alot of cars because guys are not gonna try to run a race where they know there gonna be seriously out gunned in power and short of building a new engine there is really nothing they can do about it
basically unlimited engines are for sportsmans and so forth i just really dont like it and i doubt if im alone
