Subject: He'd just come from a visit with his brother who was faring less than well in his own relationship - Mikey himself loved spending time with Tori but was almost a little relieved that at this point in time it was nothing "we're going to get married and have babies unless you cheat on me" like what was going on with his brother and his girlfriend. He made his way in - having spent a long dayshift on call and having already dropped by his own apartment to shower and change into a pair of baggy cargo pants and a warm sweater. Happening upon the couch she was at from behind, he leaned over the back, pressing a kiss to her cheek from behind. "Hey darling."
