After reducing the data, I wonder if you have ever seen any context to explain why some states have high percentages of registered voters, but small voter participation? I might be too biased to be fair, but it looks like literacy might be a factor. The exercise has been an eye opener and it can probably be siad that the Electoral College concept should be revisited if any political entity decides it will manipulate the system just to achieve power; just to win.
