Yeah, he (KGII) is getting some milage out this "war on terror" but it will be short lived. He can only keep it in the headlines for a short (seems forever to me) while. People have to eventually start living their lives again and when they do, Bush will be in deep do-do. He is inept as a leader and it will show. He is also not smart enough to have a good cabinet and advisers. His administration is so agenda driven that he cannot see the danger in his path. The bridge is out and there are signs posted on both sides of the road but the blinders on the elephant are in place and he can't see the signs. The bigger they come, the harder they fall.

I will try (on your advice) to be an optimist. Maybe we can pull up short of the catastrophe. We will hook a donkey to our cart and go back to the fork in the road and take the "road not traveled" by this administration.

I think the Dems are correct in staying out of this mess. Let them (KGII and posse) go, but be ready to unhook the team before the plunge. LOL
