Seb, I'm just guessing, but maybe Jim Rabchuk didn't say much to E or follow up on her much because maybe she was Jennifer Rabchuk's "sheep" or someone elses. In UBF, the shepherd was very possessive of his/her own "sheep". Or, if the UBF shepherd didn't hold out much hope for the sheep to stay or grow into a shepherd they were considered "junk sheep" and basically ignored except to fill up the Sunday Worship Service seats (or conference seat or for getting a star for the MSU chart,etc.) and they didn't want to "waste their time on them" but rather concentrate on those they saw as potential shepherd-candidates. E, can you clarify?
