You seem to have answered my question before I asked it. I was wondering how I should tell them I will no longer come to this fellowship. I was wondering if I should confront them with the evidence or just tell them I am going to another church. I was wondering if I should do it over the phone or just not show up anymore. After reading your post, I feel comfortable with just never going back again, and just tell them to leave if they come to my house.

I promise I am not ever going to attend this fellowship agian, I now see how they abuse people. I still have some of their stuff in my house (hymnal book, songbook, guitar, music stand, speakers) I was going to take it back today, but the thought of attending another worship service sickens me. I have a mind to take these items and place them at the doorstep of directors house and walk away. I cannot not bear them any longer. I last saw the director and the missionary on the monday after the conference. They were asking me to attend a wedding (in October)that would be in Chicago between two members, when I did not committ to going, the director tried to use his authority to make me go. He told me how important it was and that all the other members made an airline reservation to attend (it would be an 18 hour drive). You only go that far for a wedding if it is your sibling or your son or daughter. I just can't belive he expects me to go just because he tells me to. But now that I think about it, this ties in with "marriage by faith", he wants me to see a UBF wedding so that I will be quick to "marry by faith"; and they already have a lady lined up for me. In fact the missionary asked me when I would be available to travel to Korea and meet her (yeah right). He finally suggested within the next few monthes, then his "co-worker" (wife) told me I must do it very soon. Well, I am fed up with these turkeys, I am not going back, I am finished with UBF. GOODBYE UBF, I will pray that God will change your hearts and have mercy on you.

Thanks again for listening, I will stay in touch. And yeah, I will need a church to go to, I will talk to you soon.
