Hoi allemaal,
Ik zit al een tijdje te denken aan een andere baan. Werk nu al bijna 6,5 jaar op de babykamer van een dagverblijf. Ik vraag me steeds vaker af of een baan binnen de BSO iets voor mij is. Het leek me veel leuker een baan als tienerwerker binnen bijv. een buurthuis maar ben tot nu toe niet aangenomen omdat ik niet de juiste papieren heb, terwijl ik wel veel ervaring heb met tieners via vrijwilligerswerk in een buurthuis.(minimaal mbo-spw maar ik heb mbo-lkc)De banen in de BSO liggen vaak voor het op rapen binnen onze stichting.
Overtuig mij eens waarom ik toch maar eens moet overwegen om de stap te maken. Wat is er nou zo leuk om te werken binnen een BSO?
