Voor mij is de afwisseling wat voor mij het allerbelangrijkst is. Binnen de groep, de verschillende leeftijden, heb je zoveel verschillen en dus zoveel verschillende mogelijkheden dat geen dag, nee zelfs geen minuut, hetzelfde is. Je dag is gevuld met zoveel, dat je je soms afvraagt waar de tijd blijft. Daarbij komt dat je zelf heel veel mogelijkheden kunt benutten, en dan bedoel ik dat je er zelf zoveel uit haalt; je mogelijkheden qua creativiteit, organiseren, plannen, aanpak per kind, activiteiten doen, de verschillende banden die je aanhaalt met kinderen, ouders, scholen, collega's, etc. Voor mij geeft het ontzettend veel voldoening om voor mezelf er alles uit te halen wat ik kan. Dat kan ik niet bij een kdv...
ik hoop dat je er iets aan hebt.
