Weet je hoe een dag verloopt bij een BSO en hoe een dag verloopt tijdens studiedagen en/of vakantie dagen? Want dat is heel belangrijk. Ik zou binnen je stichting dat eventjes navragen.
Ik denk dat voor mij het belangrijkst is dat je minder met verzorging bezig bent maar meer met opvoeden; de verdrietjes van een kind, het leren van regeltjes, conflicten oplossen, en het opvangen van andere probleempjes die voor het kind erg belangrijk zijn. Ook het contact met ouders is heel essentieel bij het BSO werk. Je bent tenslotte toch het verlengde van de ouders...
Het werken bij een BSO is heel ruim. En er gebeurt heel veel bij een BSO. De leeftijdsgroep is een uitdaging voor mij. veel succes!
