And to go a step further, I would have a Top 15 after prelims. The top 15 would all perform both swimsuit and evening gown. From there, those scores would bring us to a Top 7, where all of the Top 7 would perform their talent and go through on-stage question. Those scores would give us our Top 3 where a more controversial round of on-stage questioning would take place (not to be scored). But a final ballot would then happen where judges would rank the Top 3 to come up with the final results. (NT) ICEMAN
