noticed that 13 ivy baseball players were drafted including the 48th overall (princeton outfielder who is also a wr on their fball team)
has anyone added up the pl players drafted.
the more i look at various drafts like football and baseball the more i find it difficult to believe that the pl compares to the ivy in any sport except basketball.

For what its worth, the pl went 8-5 vs. the ivies this year. As for draft picks, you are correct - the ivy league had 13 players drafted. 5 from Princeton. The PL had only two. Bigda and a rhp from Bucknell (25th round). Although it does not make up for the deficit, consider that the PL essentially has only 4 teams when it comes to the draft because teams are very reluctant to draft guys out of the service academies due to the post graduate service commitment. As you know, the Ivy League has 8 teams.
