I can't say that I blame my colleagues on this board for their suspicions about my identity and, therefore, the credibility of my info, but let me put those to rest. I am an alumnus. There, that cuts it by about 50%. Ask me almost any question re: HC hockey and/or the campus, etc., within reason, and I am sure that I can prove that I am legit. Secondly, I am an ardent supporter of HC's bid to the ECAC. We have no competition, but for the fact that we allowed the other schools to compete.

I almost keeled over when my source told me the info. I don't want to believe it either. Frankly, I can't believe it. Hopefully, the person is pulling my leg. The info just doesn't make sense to me, given the status of some of the other schools in the ECAC.

Let's all say a prayer for HC tonite, and ask our agnostic/atheist brethren at the other ECAC schools to do likewise.

correction: actually, men comprise much more than 50% of all HC alumni, given the changeover in the '70s...
