From the I-AA.COM website....in a discussion on Lehigh's 2004 football slate:

" On October 16, Lehigh pays a visit to West Haven, Conn. to take on Yale. �The Bulldogs return several key fifth year players, including their talented quarterback Alvin Cowan,� Lembo said. �Many are already predicting that this Yale team will be in contention with Penn for the Ivy League title.� "

Eh ? Whad he say ?

I'm sure there's a perfectly plausible explanation as to why Yale has 'several' 5th-year players returning. Isn't that just a tad un-Ivyish, un-Patriotish ?

Never mind....all due to injuries.

Caught my eye as to the relatively large # being granted an extra year.
