Subject: The Yale/Ivy way ?

From the I-AA.COM website....in a discussion on Lehigh's 2004 football slate:

" On October 16, Lehigh pays a visit to West Haven, Conn. to take on Yale. “The Bulldogs return several key fifth year players, including their talented quarterback Alvin Cowan,” Lembo said. “Many are already predicting that this Yale team will be in contention with Penn for the Ivy League title.” "

Eh ? Whad he say ?

I'm sure there's a perfectly plausible explanation as to why Yale has 'several' 5th-year players returning. Isn't that just a tad un-Ivyish, un-Patriotish ?

Comments ?

Never mind....all due to injuries.

Caught my eye as to the relatively large # being granted an extra year.
