Subject: She ordered a cranberry and vodka for herself and a dark draft beer for him, heading over to the table and sliding in beside him. "Here ya go baby..." She murmured, reaching up to press a warm kiss to his jaw. "Your place is nicer." It was weird getting used to calling things 'theirs' because everything was his. She didn't really have anything of her own except her apartment and she rarely even stayed there anymore. The bars were his, the other apartment was his - oh wait, she had her car. That was hers..

  • He raised a brow at her, twisting his beerglass in the ring of condensation it created as it sat on the table in front of them. "Gotta support a friend.. I've been thinking about that, too, right? After we get married, I thought we could put the lease for the bar in both of our names." He didn't see why not - as his wife, she was entitled to everything anyways - as it were now, he didn't really think in terms of things being "his" and "hers" (NT) -- Fall, Sat, Apr 02 2005, 10:18am PST
