He sounded about as nonchalant about the deal as she did - but the truth was he didn't really mind that his eccentric dealer had taken over his apartment, and the hotel really wasn't that bad. He just wanted to be where she was - that was almost a foreign feeling to him because it had been so long since he had really felt that way.
