"Colden..." She sighed softly as she gazed up at him, still frowning gently though her features had quieted considerably - she definitely didn't want to be upsetting him as much as he seemed to be distressed by all this. She was just so confused about everything - relationships were not something she had a lot of experience with and all she knew was that she felt suddenly very vulnerable in this sort of situation and she wasn't used to not having control over her own feelings. The fact that he would say that she made his night better just because she was there, despite that she had sort of picked a fight with him, softened her even more to him. With a low sigh, she reached up to twist her fingers tightly into the short hair at the back of his head and pulled him down so she could just press her cheek against his, her eyes lightly shut for a moment as she just lingered close to him. As she drew back, her fingers loosened in his hair and moved to the side of his neck, her thumb brushing his jaw once before dropping back to her side. "I need to go find Chad... Give me like ten minutes. I'll be back, promise. Okay?" She murmured quietly near his ear before backing up just a bit - she very much just wanted to be with him now too, but she wanted just a minute to gather her thoughts and to let him think things over...
