"I know the way..." She assured him quietly, and then sighed a bit as he groaned out his discomfort - even though it was self-inflicted, she still couldn't help but feel bad for him. He truly looked like he felt terrible. When she was stopped at a red light, she looked over at him and reached up to sooth a hand through his hair and leaned over to kiss his shoulder lightly, her hand lingering at the back of his head so her thumb could stroke his neck as she returned her attention to driving again. "Yeah, you're not looking so good. At least if you get sick, it's in your own car..." She teased him mostly humorlessly, just because he kind of deserved it, though her fingers on his neck and in his hair were soft and tender. At his words, she exhaled a soft breath and shook her head slowly, glancing at him briefly and then looking back to the road. "Maybe we should talk about this later, sweetheart... I don't know what we're supposed to be doing either." She just adored him and she hated thinking of sharing him with anyone, but she had never done the relationship thing - she had never even believed in it. She didn't like the idea of putting herself out there to end up getting burned or something, but at this point she couldn't imagine going backwards with him either - someone she didn't think they would be able to go back to 'just having sex', and she didn't think she could stand to not see him at all... Seemed that she didn't have much of a choice.
