She faked the valley girl accent with a flip of her hair before she reached up to brush the shaggy locks out of his eyes. Her eyes flew back to the stage as the lights went out and then the stage lights came on - the show starting and her starting to yell and jump up and down, singing along with the first song.

He liked talking to her, enjoyed watching her.. but he was also distracted by the band. He laid his hand on the small of her back and alternated between watching the band and watching her, allowing his eyes to focus on something he was familiar with allowed him to relax.
