Subject: She nodded a bit, relaxing back into the bed and she was in fact drifting in and out of sleep before she was hit by the first real intense contraction, causing her to cry out and grit her teeth as her brow furrowed. It lasted a good while, her brow spotting with tiny beads of sweat before the spasm released her body and she sank back down onto the bed. "That one kinda hurt..." She murmured softly, biting her lip a touch as she caught her breath.

  • He slipped his hand into hers and dabbed a cloth to her forehead, leaning forward a little and just murmuring softly to her. The hardest part about this was seeing her in pain and not being able to do anything about it. But soon enough - hopefully soon, that was - this would all be over and they would have their little baby girl in their arms...
