Turning to Nick, he shoved his hands into his pockets after one of them ran through his shaggy hair.) They took her into the ER. (He said, he didn't know what was going on, he had been talking to Kelci... he liked that name.. the look in Nick's eyes had him dropping his thoughts and sighing.) No one has been out since we got here. (He was avoiding Nick's gaze, trying not to say he was sorry for letting her out his sight.)

He sighed, running his hand down his face as he looked towards the door just in time to see his parents come in, Kate going straight to him and wrapping him in a hug, her hand going to move over his hair soothingly. He wrapped his arms around her, swallowing heavily - he just wanted his mom to make it all ok. She came back out a few minutes later, clad in a pair of shorts and a hoodie, she was going to put on the pair of jeans but her legs were all sorts of cut up and she thought that the blood would just get back on them so it was pointless. Kelci looked a little worse for wear as she let her eyes move over Nick and his parents before she sighed, dropping into the couch and raising her legs to her chest, resting her cheek on the top of her knees (NT) -- Nick/Kelci, Mon, Nov 07 2005, 3:26pm PST
