She was nervous about it, her hands wringing in her lap. Kaine had finally persuaded her into going home and changing, and showering and all that, and she was looking half way decent other then the circles that she had tried to hide with makeup. She bit her lip, looking at the nurse hesitantly.

The young woman - she was merely an intern yet, ushered the other girl into the room, a hesitant smile. "Don't expect too much.."
His head was throbbing, and he was propped up on some pillows - he had already gone through the meetings with the people who claimed to be his parents, but he recognized neither them nor anything they said to him.
