 What difference does it make whether or not a band is popular? Wouldn't it be a nifty world if thoughtful, creative music like Gomez's was the norm? After all, the more popular Gomez become, the less we have to listen to Britney. (That alone is worth it!)

Would you deny the Beatles their talent simply because they were 'too big'?
