I too love gomez beyond description, but I'm feeling a little let down with the new tracks. Granted I've only listened to it a few times through, but it hasn't knocked my socks off yet. When I got Bring it On and Liquid Skin, I don't think either of them left my cd player for about 3 straight months...I can't say the same thing so far with Gun. I'm hoping that it's going to keep growing on me (it definitely has) but there aren't any tracks that completely knock my socks off, like almost all there other songs. I'm going to keep hoping for the best though...maybe when I get the actual CD (as opposed to the MP3s) I'll be able to hear some deeper layers and complexity that I treasure so much in their previous work.
