Here is an idea that may work for the bathroom issue.
Get a hospital handicap potty chair for the third person.
Rotate it around so a different person uses it. Can be placed in
their bedroom given them some privacy.

After what your son said in an earlier post about not getting
another enema, what are his thoughts now receiving one with
the dad and sister combo?

Maude is right, no one judges here. Please allows feel free to come and express and release your emotions and feelings. It does help.

Good news to hear you and the two are able to have a BM in the evening with assistance.
