They've already showed that a mass-murdering vampire can be accepted into the gang when they took back Angel after snapping Jenny Calender's neck. It appears the group is very forgiving(except for Spike because he doesn't have a soul)towards anothers misdeed. Willow will probably have no problem getting absolution from the gang.
