Wait a minute! When does self defence and the defence of unarmed people mean jail time for the attacked person, Buffy, who would never have killed any of these well armed men? There are provisions that take into consideration the amount of force required to defend oneself.....Buffy was in a fight to the death with both sets of men and she used the appropriate amount of force to defend herself. She didn't go looking for them, they attacked her. Just because they are human doesn't give them a free pass to kill Buffy, while she is not allowed to defend herself because they are human.....that just doesn't make sense.
