Being a shetland pony, he was only 11 hands, and seemed tiny next to Mamoru. He was suprisingly fast for a pony, and he kept up well. When they got to the creek, he leapt into the water and began to swim strongly, glancing around for snakes. Moon glanced to where the small band of mares, including his mate, whom he had lead to safety in the valley, grazed.
