Oh - I got all of that.

I said that I reviewed it w/trepidation because I knew I wouldn't be able to express myself all that clearly and be brief. (Who wants to read gigantic posts? I usually skim them unless they are of REAL interest). I would agree 100% with your description of the book - I just got real bored with the parts that were not "On the Road". I enjoyed the "on the Road" parts very much.

I did a little research before writing this and looked at amazon.com to see what people thought of it (Their reviews are interesting - sometimes I just check out books I like and see what people thought) and it went about 4-1 along with your opinion.
