These are questions asked of people not a survey of public record.

"What is your religious preference: Protestant, Roman Catholic, Jewish, or an Orthodox religion, such as the Greek or Russian Orthodox Church?"

53% Protestant
26% Catholic
3% Mormon (they consider themselves Christians too)

If the same question were asked of the folks you mention I suspect they'd end up in the None or Undesignated columns.
