First, to answer your OZ question, OZ is the nickname given to Australia.

Yes, in saying what happened at the prison was worse than what happens at frats, I am not saying there are no bad examples of hazing (and why hazing and, imo, frats should all be removed too). There is a difference, even if they were the same: the frat boy has the option of saying no.

But, what has gone on in the prison, some of it might be the "hazing" level, others go beyond. The dogs on the attack, imo, is an example of what is really going on. And the deaths that have already happened in these prisons also indicates human rights violations.

Yes, I know people do die in hazing. More argument against frats. But again, voluntary choice (even in peer pressure, which makes it almost involuntary) vs involuntary one.
