If you have the photos saved on your computer and you are using the geocities site builder, you don't need a photo hosting service. You just download the photos into site builder. In site builder click on "pictures" then click "browse" select your photo from where-ever you have it saved on your computer, click ok and then the site builder does the rest, you can then use the photo where-ever you want to on your site. Does that make sense? this is what I do for my site.
