If you pay Angelfire, are you paying simply for extra bandwidth, or are you paying for a bunch of extras that you might not need? can you afford to pay it (or would you rather save your money towards something more tangible - shoes, dress, clothes, whatever)

also, make sure you're not getting stuck in a long-term deal (where you have to pay them for a year or more, but you don't see yourself sticking with it)

if you would rather not pay, you could always open up secondary accounts (i.e. if the main account is 'dancespirit', open additional accounts: 'dancespirit1', 'dancespirit2', etc.)
just be sure to keep the images shown in each subaccount with the pages since Angelfire blocks images linked from other sites.

also, in terms of moving, do they offer you more bandwidth?
are there going to be more (or less) annoying pop-up ads? also think about those who've bookmarked the site - make sure you leave a page redirecting them to the new site. and make a choice that will last - people may get discouaraged by a site that keeps jumping around to different addresses too often (of course, if your previous host up and disappears on you, you haven't much choice.)

also don't forget about resizing graphics to make them web-friendly (remembering the difference between the image's actual file size and the size it appears on the screen can be two different things. I forget if Diochra or Ireland's Dance had it - but one of them had a good article explainging the difference.)

hope it makes sense and helps. =)
